I ended up with 3 roosters and 4 hens. For a while 2 roosters lived together just fine until I took the hens and put them in their new coop and yard that I had been building. Then the one rooster turned on the other and either was trying to mate with him or kill him. I currently have my little bantam Old English Game in with the 4 full size hens. He seems to be the most gentlemanly of all the roosters. The two other roosters are in separate quarters next to each other. They are booth unhappy, but it's only been 1 day. Will they continue to pace and be unhappy? I don't want to be inhumane. This is my first flock.
