Backyard chicken farmer

Hello. I've had several chickens and now to my last three. New ones coming in May. I love to see them foraging around the backyard. The eggs were a plenty, but they're so old now, no more eggs. I was raised with chickens in the backyard so, here I am continuing the tradition. I will be culling them soon and having them as a chicken soup. Came to get more information on getting rotational meat birds along with laying hens. I would like to do this humanely as possible.
