Slipping thru the snow
On my way to the coop
Over the haybail I go
Slipping on some poop

Bell on the cow it rings
Giving me a fright
Oh what mess this farm doth bring
Aching all the night

The rooster crows
Robin lays an egg
The barnyard cat
Missed a rat
And I almost sprang my leg

A day or two ago
I thought I’d take a ride
I leaped on ol Jumpers back
He bucked and I almost died
Jumper was ugly as skank
Missing a step or two
This old dumb mule he bucked again
And threw me in the goo

Oh here they go

Oh the siren blows
The ambulance goes
In the back I sat
And I thought
of the farm
