Hey I'm Janel, not to new to the farming stuff but kinda new to the chickens. Grew up on a cattle farm.had a few goats around at different times. Got married last October and my husband and I started a pig farm. My parents had chickens and I wanted some so my husband surprised me with them. They are about 12 weeks old. Having fun watching them grow. We finally got the coop finished and they love it. Got lots of room. Got on BYC to connect with other chicken folk and learn new things and breeds. Happy farming!
