Bad Deal or am I okay?

I have 20 turkey eggs in the bator and this is day 16! My temp is all over! It goes to about 101 durring the day and at night falls to 97! Will temp this changing affect my hatch? Like alive chicks or not or does it just mean they might hatch a day late? Any info would be great! Humidity is stable at 45% almost all the time, when i add water it shoots to 49 or 50....
