I am hatching my first batch of chicken eggs. They have been incubating for one week. Out of 6, I have 2 that are definitely alive and healthy. When I checked on them this evening, there was a very bad odor coming from the incubator so I checked the eggs to find that one of them had leaked. I removed the bad egg and discarded it but a small amount of the fluid from the bad egg leaked into the incubator. What should I do with it, leave it or clean it out? I am worried about bacteria growing if I leave it but don't want to jeopardize the 2 that I know are good. Help, Thank you.
