Chukar and pheasants laying eggs like crazy. Already had 4 batches of 6 eggs in incubator with none being fertile. Have another batch to check tonight and another to put in the incubator in the morning. Is this comon for so many eggs not to be fertile?

I don't know anything about them but I would be looking at the fellow in the group, sounds like someone is not doing his business.

Sounds like you need to try another male.
Hey Paddock,do you know the people that run the Lenas seafood place in Ocala?
In N.H.,Tony.

I found that the early eggs tend to be more infertile. I usually throw out the first two weeks of eggs. You may have better luck with later eggs. If not, find a new rooster.

Yea I thought about that. Just not easy to find no rooster local and shipping is crazy for live birds. I finally got some fertile chukar eggs. I just need to get the pheasant to get done right.
