Bad feet

Hi- One of my girls has a bad leg. She has trouble getting off her roost (her landings are hard on her legs) and she limps from time to time- but not too bad. Usually she cries from the roost and I go let her down. I noticed the other day that on the underside of both feet was a pretty well developed 'pad'- it looked and felt just like the pads on the bottom of dogs paws. Only about 1/2" around. I checked the other hens- no pads. I'm wondering if this has something to do with her limping~ has anyone heard of this?

Thanks! That's it- Bumblefoot- that's what she has alright. Looks exactly the same. Okay- now I need to figure out what to do about it. Thanks for getting me on the right path- perfect links.
