bad leg and crossed beak

I have two chicks that are two weeks old. One was born with a sore on itts leg. The lrg don't work. The chick won't put any weight on it. The other ones beak don't line up. Can some help me understand this. Thank you.

Are they silkies or frizzled by any chance? If so it would be a vitamin b deficiency in the hen. If not then either your feed isn't balanced enough, the breeding stock (parents) have a few bad genes, or the pullet was too young (hatching eggs in the first month of laying).
