Bad leg on baby quail

We have just started hatching quails. One of them hatched and its foot was turned inward. Is there anything I can do to help fix it? Its healthy and eating and drinking very well. Just concerned.
 
Sadly, you may have to cull it, but it may be ok just the way it is.
