Bad Rooster

We have a 1 yr old rooster who is so aggressive toward me that I have to carry a board to gather eggs. I've had it! Is he too old to eat?

No, not too old. Just cook him slow with lots of moisture. And enjoy!

Now that I've gotten that off my chest, no bird is "too old" to eat. It just that the younger ones eat better, that's all.

The secret to eating older birds? Pressure Cooker.

Yup, what they said. Slow cooking with moisture or a pressure cooker. A nice salt brine before hand could help keep a nice amount of moisute too. At least that is what i do with unprepared store-bought turkey.

Well my friend has chieckens and the roster will run after him for about 70 feet and we beat it will wood and sometimes we kick it too he is really mean
