Bad smell from feed

I just open a new bag of chicken crumbles and it smells like pineapple and a little bit sour

Have you used that particular feed in the past, and same did not have such an odor??
If you suspect spoiled,, then return to store where purchased, and ask them their opinion.
I of course not able to small it. Do suggest you check label, with the list of ingredients. Might have the answer there.

There should be a tag with a mill date on it. Any older than a couple months it could be stale.
