Bad Strain of Buff Orpington hatch

We have lost 3 Buff Orpingtons and come to find out the Farm we got these girls from thinks that they could have come from a bad, not hardy strain of eggs. A local feed store gets them from the same hatchery and I know people that have lost their BO's too.

Possibly a coincidence...yes...but I've been reading the forums daily for the last 4 months, since we got into this, and it seems a large number of deaths are coming from BO's...or it could be my imagination

I don't know the hattchery name yet. Is anyone else finding this to be true???

We just lost our 9-mo BO yesterday, but we got her from a local Colorado feed store (who i believe also got her locally, but I could be wrong). It was pretty out of the blue. No signs of illness or injury. Big mystery. I'm sorry for your loss.
