Bad wing, falling over and bad beak

One of my female quails, when she was little she seemed to get ill and even though she recovered, she seemed behind in growing, and now she's a different size to the others, she's smaller, has no tail and she has a weirdly turned wing (not all caused by whatever illness she had as a chick) but recently she hasn't been putting pressure onto one of her legs (I don't see any injury, bruises, bumps, or bumblefoot on either leg or foot) so she keeps falling over and not getting up, instead, she kicks and spins in circles on her tilted/crooked wing and I've noticed it looks different to the other wing, injured and irritated and redder than the other (probably from spinning on it)

She also has this part of her beak that had come off at one point when it also looked how it does now and it's probably going to do it again, it doesn't seem to stop her eating and drinking tho, I think the weather being so hot recently has dehydrated her and before she can even get to water, since she falls over so she has to be held up to do so sometimes, other times she manages but falls over after. I'm not sure if the leg has some sort of damage from lack of water now that it's hot, but despite her beak, she seems to drink fine when she's standing up and able to.

Every time she's been injured or not well, she's managed to recover with constant supervision and support but some of these issues, like her wing, have been a worry since it was noticed. I'm hoping she'll get better but I want to know what's going on, and if her body being how it is, is normal, because illness and injury seemed to stunt growth in my chicks when I hatched them 2 yrs ago but the others grew normally after that, but not her, who was ill and not injured, now has a different body to the others.

Because she is smaller than the others, she's been separated from them for a while since they used to attack her, especially her eyes (they're still puffier than seemingly normal even now) now she just spends time with me so she isn't lonely.

She fell over while I took pictures.

(I know this is alot to read but I'd appreciate any info anyone has)

It looks like her wing has been broken at some point. It is rare for runts to live to adulthood, so she has been very fortunate. Dehydration and heat could very well be responsible for her symptoms, along with her age. Two years old is on the old side for a quail, though if she were a normal, healthy bird, you might expect a couple more years from her. In her case, she might be reaching the end of her lifespan, though that's not 100% certain.

Keeping her indoors is probably best for her. If you can find a gentle companion for her, that would be better. Even though you are keeping her company, you are not a quail, and she needs quail company.

She often does do well even when ill but because she hasn't been with other quails that much, she's used to my company and doesn't seem too bothered by it. I also can't put her with any other because I only have 2 others left, a male and a female and they're both equally as mean, the female one has always, even from a young age, been the one to attack others, she'd make this chainsaw noise with her head down before charging at another quail. I also used to give her a blanket for support since she'd always fall over sometimes, but not as much, but shr doesn't have one now without supervision because she burries herself in it and then when I'd find her like that, she'd be panting and tired. Thanks for helping tho, it helps having confirmation on heat affecting her.

Last time the end of the beak came off, it hadn't bled, this time it did, I've stopped the bleeding but I wanted to keep my post updated.

Whatever else is going on, sounds like she has some neurological (brain and or nerves) issues, whether congenital, accident, or developmental. You’ve kept her comfortable for 2 years so just keep doing the best you can for her, but smaller size and failure to thrive are very common in birds that aren’t quite right for whatever reason.
