bad wing

I was given some chicks and keets the other day and one of them has an odd looking wing. Will this correct itself as new feathers come in?

Hopefully you can see the pictures better than what my phone is showing. If you can't the best way I can describe it is it's wing seems split with the tip pointing outward.
