can anyone help me try to figure out why this chick is missing so many feathers? I had noticed that it was missing feathers around its neck. I was able to catch it today and get a closer look. I saw that it is almost completely bald on its chest and stomach, and looks like there are some new feathers growing in. I was looking for bugs but didn't see anything. I have no clue what might be going on with her. She is fine otherwise. On a side note, can anyone tell me what kind of chicken this is?

She may be having a mini-molt, and she could also be getting some feathers pecked out by flock members. I'm not great at breeds, but she might be a golden laced wyandotte, but game chickens can sometimes have those markings. If her legs are greenish, she also could be an easter egger. Pictures of her comb and legs are needed. She could also be a he, but more pictures later would help.
