Bald eagles chillin

Over the last couple days I've had bald eagles in the yard. I hung flash tape up and saw the eagle circle and fly away, my neighbors thought I was decorating for a party lol. Any one had luck with this?

No pics lol too busy shooing them. After the fact I did regret not appreciating the moment more they let me so close. But I had the flock to worry about. So far the flash tape has worked (knock on wood) but I basically made a grid over the whole thing.
