Bald spot on neck ? Should I be worried ?

Hello.....Long story short I was given "Ed" a few months ago, and lately I've noticed a bald spot on his neck ? Is it something I should be worried about ? I've always had chickens, and years ago I had a peacock but that's been awhile ....so I'm just now starting over with peacocks. Besides "Ed" (I was told he's around 3 yrs old)also have 3 young peahens, and another young male...all around 6months- year old.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advanced

I've seen that when they poke their heads through a fence dividing pens or they are just wanting out.

Thanks... That's what I was thinking also...just a little concerned. Thanks for your time....another quick question.. He was clipped when I got him...how long does it take for his wing feathers to grow out

He will go through a full molt this fall and winter and be sporting his fresh feathers in late winter.
