Balding leghorns

Eats and acts normally. All 4 purchased together look similar. I originally thought one of the older bantams was pecking, but I’ve been watching and just don’t see it.
Thoughts?
 
I agree he's not a leghorn, could be CornishX or possibly a WPR but he is being plucked. If the bantams are not the culprit, then I would be observing the other chicks that are with him.

What are you feeding?
