Balut eggs

I was just browsing hatcheries and noticed that Metzer farms sells balut eggs, UNCOOKED, does that mean they ship 17 day live incubated ducklings? if so, would they hatch if they came in the mail and were stuck in the incubator for 10 more days? or do they cool them and kill the embryo before shipping?
 
They won't make it in shipping that long... and I wouldn't eat that blut egg sitting out so long either! Guess it would work if they didn't have to go that far.
