My little nugget is either pecking at herself or others are (though I haven't seen it). She has sore dry spots on both her wings where new feather growth is and i suspect she's been working at that. How do I fix it? If I put neosporin on it how do I keep her from ingesting it. Can you bandage wing and if so how?

Welcome To BYC

Can you please post some photos - the brooder, the chick and the sore spots?
How old is she?

Nugget is about 2 months maybe a little more, and outside in the run and coop. My husband filled it with straw and I just spent about a half hour getting it all out (ugh). We had several very cold days where it dropped into the teens at night then a couple nice days the last 3 days however it has rained (non-stop!)as well so they mostly were staying in the coop and not in the run. I'd noticed the spots about 5 days ago and then it just looked like new feather growth without picking. I did get an anti bacterial spray from our local big R store. She's acting normal, poop looks good, she's eating and drinking well.

Looks like it could be from picking. I see a few broken feathers and her feathers are fairly ragged.
I would checked for lice/mites too.
I checked her over and didn't see any mites I also introduced a dust bath with oregano, lavender and sage in it. (Yey for growing and drying my own herbs!)
I applied the antibacterial spray which she seemed to appreciate and she hopped up in my lap for pants and neck scratches lol.
