Bantam baby 2 days old something wrong with legs... Help me

I have a baby bantam that hatched in the incubator. Something is wrong with his legs and I don't know what to do. He uses his legs and his wings to move but can't lift up his body. He looks like he's waddling and rubbing his tummy on the paper towel. I don't know what to do for him bc he's so tiny. Any ideas???

I did put a splayed legs thing on him. Seems to be doing a bit better.

It would be more of a video since you can't really tell he has a problem until you watch him try to move. When I picked him up his legs were further out to the side than normal which is why I put the band on him. It seems to be helping. Can I upload videos here?

I just put my finger in there like I was going to pick him up and with the stabilizing band, he's walking better. Yesterday he would flap his wings and scoot on his hocks.

He's fully standing and walking now. So I'm pretty sure it was splayed legs.
