Bantam baby sitting on hocks

I have a Millie baby that was hatched yesterday and they seem to sit on their hocks and will only scoot around. How do I correct this?

We haven’t been lucky with getting porcelain chicks so we’re trying to keep this baby alive. Her hocks are raw.
