My best guess for these minuscule poor peeps is bantam Barred Rock. They’re from TSC

Tractor Supply generally gets chicks through Hoover's Hatchery. I don't see bantam Barred Rocks on their list, but they do list Barred Old English in their OEGB assortment, so I'd wager that's what you've got.
