Hey all you genetics people I was just if any of you know the outcome of a Bantam Buff Brahma( it looks like buff columbia) x Bantam Buff Cochin. Could you post pics if you have any... if none of you have done this do you at least know the out come of buff columbia x buff?? thanks

Haha well i sure do love my buff poultry but I wanted to get one thing that wasnt buff... and I just love the looks of exchequer leghorns

Ok I used the "chicken calculator" which I am certain Is the best thing ever

if you need a specific color and just so happen to not be a genius like me! go to 'help, pick from a color list' or 'show examples'

I think you will get 50% buff and 50% buff columbia BUT if you then mate two of the offspring back together (which I suppose is inbreeding) you can get red, red columbia, lemon, lemon columbia, buff, buff columbia, gold, and gold columbia! which goes COMPLETELY over my head!

Problem with buff is that it can be a lot of genotypes.
In the calculator I represent buff as a dun tailed buff columbian.
Other buffs are not yet fully understood, unknown genes.

I guess buff columbian * buff will be in between.
