Hi! Well despite my back hurting pretty bad, decided to try and get the pop door done today. It is made out of 1/8" aluminum installed in a track made from aluminum angles. It will be attached to an Add-A-Motor D20 and controlled by a timer. Two photos below show the outside trimmed with cedar and the inside showing the track system. Plan to paint all of the aluminum green to match the color scheme of coop like front door and nest box doors.
