Bantam chickens.... are they pullets/hens?

I was told these were all pullets, becides the ovious serahma rooster. But, now I don't know... the one with the big wottles have not started laying yet. I have one olandsk dwarf, one serahma (becides the rooster), one silver seabright, and two hamburgs. What gender are they?
