Well I had just written a description of this update, I'm still new, and couldn't figure out how to make an addendum to original post so the people who replied with helpful comments could see this update. I have no idea what happens so I apologize if there's a duplicate post.
I'm wondering now, if this redness is just natural and not noticed until maturity and current molt. His legs look less irritated and less visible due to new feather growth.
Does anyone agree? Or have any new info
