Bantam cockerel trying to breed at 7 weeks old?

Is this normal? I have a 7 week old Bantam cockerel trying to breed with my OE Bantam pullet. He is only 7 weeks old..

Some mature more rapidly than others. In my experience some bantam breeds reach sexual maturity far sooner than the larger birds.

I've never seen one mature so young. I had to seperate them because he was really hurting her
