Bantam egg 8 days late, water float test shows movement PLEASE HELP!!

I had 5 bantam eggs under a broody hen. 3 eggs hatched and 2 did not, so I put these last 2 in the incubator. It is now day 29 and I did a water float test. One egg moved in the water and one egg did not. I really need any advice from some experts on what to do. Thank you very much.

The hen might've not been sitting on that egg till a few days later... Just a thought.
