Thank you all for your input. She does look like a Black Tailed Buff Japanese Bantam.

I will most likely rehome her. I thought my girls were pretty chill but when I let her out with them my Black Australorp chased her relentlessly and pecked her, cornered her, jumped on her... the rest followed suit. It didn't seem like pecking order stuff. Maybe I'm wrong, but I was pretty much afraid for her life. So I shooed them away and soothed her before putting her back in her cage.
