Bantam Hen Respiratory problems

My daughter's Black tailed buff bantam is sneezing and her breathing rattles when she is picked up. We had used garlic for her 1X a day. She has had this for a week now. She got this after a 3 day heat wave followed by cold weather. We brought her inside and gave her a heat lamp. We started her on terramycin yesterday and she isn't showing any signs of improvement. She isn't having any bubbling in her eyes. Any help you could give would be appreciated as this is my daughter's special bird.

You don't have to have the bubbling in the eyes to have CRD, which is likely in this case. You can see how to treat this HERE .
