Bantam mottled Cochin rooster needs a new home (San Jose, CA)

Unfortunately, I need to find a new home for my little guy since I am not allowed to have roosters. He is four and a half months old. Very beautiful; his black and white feathers have some iridescent green to them.

I'm located in downtown San Jose, California.
