Bantam or Not?

So we got another addition to the flock today it is suppose to be a 5 week old Partridge rock but something seems odd she seems to me like she's alittle small? Anyway someone could fill me in? Bantam or not? Thanks

I've never seen a bantam one yet, and my full size one was small to start with. But because they are a heavy breed they will grow and mature very slowly compared to some other breeds
