how do i find out if a chick is a bantam or not?

If it is a bantam, it will be little.

if its bantam it will stay small and wont seem like its growing very much

bantam chicks are smaller than standereds even at hatching. standards you can tell they are getting taller and bantams dont seem like they do get taller
