Bantam Rooster trying to "help" the big rooster

Whenever my black austrolorp rooster is trying to mate with the females, my little bantam rooster goes and jumps on top of the female but under the big rooster. He tries his hardest but I don't think he has a chance at getting close to the ladies. Should I worry about this and try to stop it or just let them be and let them sort it out?

When one rooster is breeding with a hen the others all want to push them off and do it instead. I see this with my roosters all the time. It isn't really bad for hte roosters, but it stresses the poor hen out a lot.

What is your rooster to hen ratio?
