Hey all!

I have been having some trouble with a two sassy roosters and a Gold Sebright hen with an attitude. Everyone in the coop is doing fine except for one rooster being picked on who must be the lowest in the pecking oder. Yet, I have found that my bantam roos are strutting their stuff too much and being a little too bothersome to the rest of my flock.

I looked at the Pin-less peepers, which look less painful than the Pinned ones, for the trouble makers. Except, the nostrils of my bantams are so small that I worry that the peeper would hurt or block the nostrils completely. It is hard to find bantam or “small sized” pin-less peepers. So, I was also working if there are any blinders that are made for small fowl out there and can I use them for my bantams.

Thank you in advance!

Hey Chickens Really! Thank you for replying.

I am getting rid of two of the pesky roosters, but I wanted to look at the peepers as a back up plan in case that does not stop the aggressivenss.

I could seperate the aggressive rooster, ecxept that I don't have options to seperate them because its winter now and it is really cold. Also I used to keep birds indors when they are sick and it drove me nuts because they would wake me up at 6 am every morning, so a rooster indoors will not work as an option.

If anyone else has any ideas please let me know!

Thanks again to Chickens really!

Blessings.
