Bantam - what breed and gender?

Our three younger chickens are about 4 months old now.

We know that two are clearly roosters because they crow any chance they can get.

The bantam is question has feathered feet and when we got it they told us at the swap meet that it was a buff brahma bantam. We got it when it was about 2-3 days old.

This is what it looks like now. It's the one farthest away that is in question.

It has not crowed at all. But gets along very nicely with the other two that are clearly roosters.

I'm going with buff brahma mix, because the comb is wrong for a brahma. I was going to say pullet, but that last pic you added leans me more towards cockerel.
 
Maybe it doesn't feel like crowing yet. Some chickens like to take their time. Don't worry, he'll probably start crowing all too soon! So yes, I believe it is a rooster.
