Bantam with large eyes, black-head, black tail, and black-and-white lacy pattern

Thanks to everyone for your very helpful replies. She has a nubbin of a comb...looks more like a wart, if you ask me! It's not red yet.
I just learned from the humane society that she is six months old and that both her parents (who also produced the other black-and-white hen) were identical to the gold-speckled bird in the attached photo, who I believe is a d'Uccle.
Is it possible that all these little hens are the same breed?

Part sebright, part d'Uccles, not a first generation cross, not mottled.
Definitely a hen, a spur doesn't mean anything.

Very likely this, and quite likely that she has scaly leg mites unless that is an aberration in your pictures.
