So I have 6 bantams and 6 regular sized chickens. They always break off into those groups the band comes with the bantams the regs with the regs. But what I've come to notice is that the regs don't leave them alone. They are constantly chasing them around and pushing them away from the food and water. They've only been integrated for a few weeks, does this Behavior go away or is this pretty regular for chickens to do to bantams?

Pretty regular for any new chickens being introduce. It may go away but it still will happen. Its just the pecking order.Whenever my hens want something or a certain digging spot, they run the hen off.Very normal.

If they're living together, the bantams will probably end up beneath the standards in the pecking order.

Usually, standard and banty hens can live together. Banty roos can live with standard hens. Standard roos cannot live with banty hens.

I've had Belgian d'Uccles and now also EE bantams for years, with standard birds, including standard roosters, and no problems. My current Chantie weighs in at over 8.5 pounds, and has been seen mounting at least one of the bantam hens, with no injuries ever.
I don't have Jersey Giant roosters and Seramas, however.

I have 2 standard sized Roosters. One Tetra Red and one Olive Egger x Tetra Red. They aren't huge by any means but are good Roos and I would hate to get rid of them just because I got some Bantys.
