Bantams

Does anyone have tips on Japanese Bantams and their lively hood? I have a few and admire
their actions while foraging my property. I have old English Bantams also, and they seem to shy away
from the Japs.
I'm interested in hatching some eggs in my incubator, all advice would be appreciated.
Upstate New York here near Lake George.
