my banty has layed a egg with no shell i think she is older than farmer said what dis this mean is that what happens when thy are older or is it a thing that happins i have 2 other that lay good eggs and thy eat the same feed please i am new to chickens

Shell-less eggs happen. It is a common (not frequent) occurrence with pullets and can happen with hens at almost any stage in life. Make sure they have proper nutrition (oyster shell) and it will iron itself out.
