Banty hen won't eat??

Our young hen use to lay eggs: but, now she only sits "puffed up" and won't eat or drink. She pecks in the air; as if her aim is off. We have been force feeding her vitamin water in hopes that it will give her some nurishment. She is seperated from the flock.

she could be cold bring her inside. continue giving vitamins and food and keep an eye on her. if you think she is egg bound also give her a bath massaging her abdomen and applying mineral oil on the vent.make sureto blow dry her afterwords the cold and stress makes them puffed up!
