Barbu d'uccle?

So about a month ago I wanted to surprise my wife with 2 new Silkies to add to our home flock. I stopped by Rural king and saw that they only had 2 left. After inspecting them much closer I noticed that one did not have the signature black skin or 5th toe. I decided to buy it anyway because I didn't want it to be the only chick in its tank. We weren't sure what it was at first we just knew it had feathered legs. Fast forward to today and we think it may be a Barbu d'uccle?

Never had one before but it kind of matches the what Barbu d'uccle chicks look like from the Google pictures we have looked up. We also thought maybe a booted bantam? Can anyone confirm? What else could it be? Pictures below.

Looks like a Millie fluer d'uccle cockerel.

They're the same thing. Barbu d'Uccle is the breed and Millie Fleur is the color.
