Bardrock hen or rooster at four and a half months

Hello, new to raising chickens, but loving it so far. I have two Barred rocks that were purchased at three days old. Now four and a half months old. one was always much larger than the others and I thought maybe she might be the rooster but now the smaller of the two is developing a bigger and redder waddle, but she is certainly at the bottom of the pecking order. Can anybody tell from these pictures if I have two hens or a hen and a rooster?

UPDATE: I believe that they may be POL pullets. I forgot how early BRs start laying.
