Bare back

I noticed my chicken had some feather lost around one side of her head around her eyes and noticed a month later her back started to become bare, so I bought her a saddle. Take it off a month later and it’s still bare… what is it and how do I treat it?

New feathers won't grow in until her next molt. Do you know why she lost feathers? Did you check and treat for lice and mites? Do you have a rooster?
