Bare Butts on baby silkies

Yesterday I received eight 3 to 4 week old silkies. At least two of them have bare butts and bellies, where the others have fluff. Is part of the process of them getting their bigger feathers or anything I should be concerned about? They are otherwise healthy, eating, and playing. They are heavily feathered everywhere else.

Just received an answer from the woman I bought them from. Sounds like they had pasty butt, so she carefully pulled the feathers to keep the butts clean.

Thank you, I was wondering if I could give them ACV this young. I forgot about yogurt.

I also have another brooder of 5 little three day old bantams, we have been cleaning a couple of their butts too.
