Bare vents?

I have 3 out of 11 hens whose vents are void of feathers. The one pictured is the worst. She lost feathers during a mini molt in the fall and they just haven't grown back. We did have a roo but he's been gone since February 26th. I don't see any bugs, so what's going on?

I would guess feather pecking on the part of flock mates.
If it was the roo, they would have grown back by now, right? I haven't seen any pecking. I just changed to feather fixer feed with higher protein to see if that helps. We have ample roost space to the point where half of them are empty. The coop is 5x13 with one 5ft roost, one 3ft roost and 2 6ft roosts that are 12 inches apart. The skin isn't red but looks dry?
