barley and quick oatmeal

can my 10 week old pullets eat uncooked barley and uncooked quick oatmeal

Yes, but WHY would you want to feed that? It's much cheaper to feed things that are designed to be fed to chickens.

Oh. Then it would be fine, but they would like it better if you would cook the oatmeal first. Just be sure that they have access to water at all times if you feed it dry. Oatmeal is pretty dry, and could cause problems if they eat a lot of it and can't get to water. I'd sure cook it first.
