I started growing barley sprouts about 4-5 days ago. They were looking really healthy and happy until today. My wife put them out in the sun with the kid on (they're growing in a sprouting tray) thinking it would be good for them, I didn't disagree at the time. But after being outside all day with the lid on (temp got to about 85 today) 95% of the sprouts are brown. The roots still look great and are plenty moist but I wasn't sure if I should just start a new batch or keep this one going. I'm mainly worried about them getting moldy.
